We Expect Better is a campaign organised by trade unions globally to demand the same decent conditions for all employees of Deutsche Telekom and its companies T-Mobile and T-Systems.
Why should the company’s employees in the USA be warned off even having contacts with a union while those in Germany have freedom of association and collective bargaining rights? Freedom of association is a human right that Deutsche Telekom needs to respect! A union in the workplace and a constructive attitude from the employer would make the company work better since people would feel more motivated, respected and listened to.
We are calling for a similar standard for all those who work for Deutsche Telekom:
We Expect Better3.0: We have 3 demands: Decency, neutrality, freedom from fear. And the zero is for zero tolerance for union intolerance!
